Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Who we are

e-invite.page provides hosted invitation websites with RSVP features. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights. Contact: hello@e-invite.page.

2. Data we collect

  • Organizer accounts: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use these only to create and secure your account. We do not access any other Google data.
  • Event content: the details, text, and photos you add to your invitation website.
  • Guest RSVPs: names, attendance responses, and any details guests choose to submit (such as meal preferences or messages). These are shared with the event organizer.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the Service running.

3. How we use data

  • To operate invitation websites and deliver RSVP responses to organizers.
  • To authenticate organizers and protect accounts.
  • To maintain, debug, and secure the Service.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. Google user data is used only to sign you in, and its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing

Guest RSVP data is shared with the organizer of the event it was submitted to. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) to run the Service; they process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. We disclose data only if required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

Event data is kept while the invitation site is active and for a reasonable period after the event, then archived or deleted. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing hello@e-invite.page; we will action the request within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls limiting it to the people who need it to operate the Service.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Guests may contact us or the event organizer to correct or remove an RSVP.

8. Changes

We will post updates to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
